Description

RECOVERY - This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This is not a solicitation for offers. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to selected contractors on the GSA Federal Supply Service (FSS) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), 03FAC for Facilities Maintenance and Management Category 871 Special Item Number 204 for Metering Services. These services are necessary to support the energy conservation measures prescribed by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The scope of services to be provided includes surveying, designing, furnishing, installing, and testing advanced metering system components at the United States Mission to the United Nations Building. Components to be furnished and installed include electrical, steam, domestic water, district chilled water, and fuel oil meters, and associated cabling for interface with existing GSA advanced metering system network. All installed meters shall be tested and training shall be provided to the appropriate General Services Administration staff.
