Description

RECOVERY - This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This is not a solicitation for offers. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to Jacobs Technology Inc. under an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement awarded under Contract GS-23F-0111K for consultant construction management services for ARRA projects at 201 Varick Street. These services are necessary to support the energy conservation measures prescribed by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The scope of services to be provided by the construction manager includes managing design-build projects with emphasis on meeting goals relating to schedule, budget, scope, and quality. In addition, the other duties shall include, but not be limited to, coordinating and reporting on various activities of the project participants and their adherence to schedule commitments, budget constraints, technical requirements, and quality standards.
