- SF 1449 Q&A Spec V.2 4 28 2010 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is reopening RFQ-10-0268. Attached to this notice are (1) specification and (2) Question and Answers. This is a FAR part 12 acquisition. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will close on Wednesday May 5th at 2 PM EST. The Question and Answer (Q&A) period for this RFQ closes on Thursday April 29, 2010 at 2 PM EST.
