- This project consists of removing the existing culvert and replacing it with a glued laminated Timber Bridge. The replacement is located at the crossing of Forest Road 3131 (Sullivan Road) over Biscuit Creek; northeast of Rudyard, MI in the upper peninsula. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start date is June 15, 2010 and 120 days to complete the project. This is a 100% HUBZONE Set aside. Solicitation and specs are estimated to be posted the week of May 10, 2010.
