- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GROSS APPRAISAL FOR Cities OF Ecorse & Lincoln Park, WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN This is an AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT Project. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-10-T-0077 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set aside. The estimated completion time for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Gross Appraisal project is 60 days after the notice to proceed with the project. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 531320. The small business size standard for this requirement is $2 Million in average annual receipts over the past three years. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price service contract as a result of this solicitation. To download the solicitation, visit www.fbo.gov.
