- Description
- The Maryland Army National Guard Industrial Hygiene Office has a requirement for surveys to be conducted to identify and measure the existence and extent of potentially hazardous operations or conditions at Army National Guard (ARNG) facilities. The surveys will serve to establish a baseline of workplace conditions or update a previous baseline so that a workers history of exposures is provided for each civilian and military employee. This Combined/Synopsis Solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 541620, with a business size standard of $7.0M SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel and materials required to conduct baseline, annual, and special industrial hygiene surveys and to prepare a comprehensive report for the specified facilities. Contractor will be required to furnish labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the tasks identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: The contractor must submit a technical package, along with a resume and/or references, detailing Industrial Hygiene Experience. Contractors must also submit certificates issued by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and qualifications of analytical laboratories that may be utilized while performing this effort.
