- The Fleet Readiness Center East, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for aircraft parts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00146-10-T-P076 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40 and Defense Acquisition Circular 98-115. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code 336413 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed priced contract for the following items: Item 0001 - 20 EACH, CATCH, P/N 90-005-1RL, NSN: 5340-01-097-8562Delivery required within sixty (60) days aro or sooner. Item 0002 - 3 EACH, DOOR, P/N 209-031-816-005, NSN: 1560-00-168-5505Delivery required within twenty (20) days aro or sooner. Item 0003 - 2 EACH, HOSE ASSY, P/N 70-010F000X240Delivery required within three (3) days aro or sooner. The next higher assembly is Helicopter UH1N manufactured by Bell Helicopter, cage code 97499, NSN: 1520-00-133-9286. The delivery requirements are FOB destination and are to be delivered to Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC 28533. The following provisions and addendum apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers - Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-1 Addendum. The following addition/changes are made to FAR Provision 52.212-1, which is incorporated by reference:The following provision(s) is/are hereby incorporated by reference:FAR 52.211-14 Notice of Priority Rating For National Defense Use. Evaluation procedures: Award shall be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror(s), whose offer conforms to the solicitation, and who demonstrates acceptable past performance. Offeror's will be evaluated on the basis of advantages and disadvantages to the Government that might result from making more than one award (multiple awards). It is assumed, that for the purpose of evaluating offers, that $500 would be the administrative cost to the Government for issuing and administering each contract awarded under this solicitation, and individual awards will be for the items or combinations of items that result in the lowest aggregate cost to the Government, including the assumed administrative costs, as long as the offeror's past performance record demonstrates satisfactory performance.
