- Solicitation to install/replace HVAC's This synopsis/solicitation is to Replace Split Air Conditioning Unit/Replace/Install Four Rooftop Units on Bldgs 31 and 1 of Stratton ANGB, Scotia, NY. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The location of the work is the 109th Airlift Wing, Scotia, NY 12302. Proposals due 26 May 2010. Contract period of performance will be approximately 30 calendar days. A Site visit will be held for this project and the date/time is posted in the solicitation. This procurement is being set aside for small business concerns.
