- RECOVERY-This solicitation was awarded under the authority of the Small Business Administration 8(a) Set-Aside Program This notice is for information purposes only. The project is located on the Coronado National Forest in Arizona. This project funds electrical system upgrades at the Portal Administrative Site in the Douglas Ranger District. Work consists of repair or replacement of service entrance conductors, enclosures and devices, non-compliant grounding equipment, main over-current device, main and distribution panels, and disconnects, branch circuit conductors, lighting fixtures, switches, fans, venting and receptacles. Repair of reverse polarity and grounding of receptacles. Replacement or installation of line-powered smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
