- Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality ContractingCenter, on behalf of The Office of Weapons & Software Engineering Center (WSEC) located at Picatinny, NJ, is seeking potential sources with the capability to provide routine engineering, technical, and fabrication services in support of all weapon systems and their associated components and physical security programs in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Specifications: See attached SOW for specifications. Planned Acquisition: Five-year (FY11-FY15) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Contract(s) with individual task/delivery orders is contemplated for this effort. Submission Information: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a separate solicitation notice will be published. Electronic submittals are preferred. Any responsible/interested source shall submit their qualifications and capabilities to: U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality Contracting Center ATTN: CCJM-MA, Ms. Katherine Conklin, Contracting Officer, Bldg. 10. All responding sources shall provide a summary of their company's capabilities including the organizations: name/address/point of contact identification, a description of resources available, past experience in the areas defined in the SOW, possible partnering/teaming arrangements, and business size and any socio-economic considerations under NAICS code 541712. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute a solicitation, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this survey or results of information submitted. Please submit responses NLT 1400 (2:00 PM) EST, 13 May 2010.
