- UNICOR intends to enter into a 5 (five) year firm fixed price requirements, type contract for Hinges for FCC Allenwood PA, FCI Forrest City AR, FCI Ashland KY, Solicitation number is FN1312-10 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal.. The minimum delivery order quantity is $100.00 and the maximum delivery order quantity is $25,000 Delivery date requested is 14 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/- 10%. This is a full and open requirement.. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, PO Box 1500, White Deer, PA 17887, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via US Postal Service or UNICOR, Route 15 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood, PA, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via FEDEX or UPS. Four (4) ea samples of each item must be provided by closing date and time to UNICOR, PRODUCT Development Center, 9595 West Quincy Ave, Littleton CO 8123-1159 Attn: Brian Aunkst, RE FN1312-10. This information shall be displayed on the outside of the envelope with the solicitation number and offer closing date. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the CCR Registration, which can be found on UNICOR's webpage at. For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. For CCR Registration scroll down the page to Central Contractor Registration and complete internet based form. Fax proposals are accepted at 352-689-7342, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini, the fax cover sheet shall reference the solicitation number and offer closing date and time. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specifications, past performance and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on Fedbizops at on or about May 4, 2010.. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
