- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopisis/solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W911RQ10T0062 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-39. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. (See 19-502-2) The NACIS code and small business size standared for this procurement are 333315 and 500 employees respectively. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this firm fixed priced requirement for a vendor to provide 20 Konica Color Copiers/Printers/Scanners. Part Number A0P1011BHZUB C552 or Equal, (referred to as Color Multifunctional Device or MFD) Delivery, installation and training must be included in purchase price. The requirements are specified in FRQ W911RQ10T0062.
