- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00104-10-Q-Q596, which is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Oracle for Software license update and support for the following: CLIN 0001, Primavera P6 Level 4 - Named User Perpetual, CSI# 16296620, QTY 10 Please quote in accordance with the following Period of Performance: 4/2/10 - 5/17/10 Reinstatement5/18/10 - 4/1/11 Prorated Only offers from authorized resellers of Oracle will be accepted and considered for award. Vendors must be able to submit proof of reseller status. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. Please see the attachment for a list of required material. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS. Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW FAR 13.106-2. Quotes/offers must be received no later than 12:00 PM EST on May 13, 2010.
