- Request for Quotes TIRMS-10-Q-00040 Images of 1040 Boxes Request No: W-0-W2-22-DT-I32 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13.105 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will NOT be issued. The closing date for price quotes is 12:00 pm (CST) on Monday, May 3, 2010. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 322211. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. Preference will be given to SDVOSB and HubZone small businesses. The Internal Revenue Service requires the following items meet the specification and delivery schedule described in the following: 1040 Pop-out Boxes Specifications: •9”W x 12” H x 12”D with pop-out handles on the two sides of the box that are 9”W •Edge Crush Test: 32 lbs/inch •Size Limit: 75 inches •Gross Weight Limit: 65 lbs. Delivery Schedule: •June 3, 2010 - 25 Pallets at 840 per pallet = 21,000 boxes •June 17, 2010 - 25 Pallets at 840 per pallet = 21,000 boxes •July 1, 2010 - 25 Pallets at 840 per pallet = 21,000 boxes •August 2, 2010 - 25 Pallets at 840 per pallet = 21,000 boxes •September 1, 2010 - 20 Pallets at 840 per pallet = 16,800 boxes •October 1, 2010 - 20 Pallets at 840 per pallet = 16,800 boxes All FAR Clauses and provisions may be read electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html.
