- This is a notice of the Library's intent to award a sole source contract for the purchase of Steenback Rewinders. The Steenback ST-2520 winders are the only horizontal fast winders approved by Preservation staff in the Moving Image section for rewinding of motion picture film. Christy's Editorial is the only North American distributot/vendor of new Steenback products.
