- ELKO DISTRICT WEED TREATMENTS AMENDMENT #0001- TO PROVIDE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED -- SEE "QUESTIONS & ANSWERS" ATTACHMENT. Ground-based herbicide spraying of 6 Treatment Areas. The Contractor must hold a current Nevada Professional Applicator License in the Agricultural Pesticide Category prior to the award of the contract. A copy of the license must be submitted with the bid package to be considered for the contract. Project sites may need to be sprayed at the same time, or within a very short window; therefore the Government may award multiple contracts resulting from the solicitation.
