- A determination was made to allow for competitive proposals. There is no longer the intent to award a sole source requirement--it is the intent of the Government to request for proposals (RFP) as a competitive award. This requirement is set-side for small business (SB). The Government will extend this requirement due date to allow SB proposals to be received no later than May 4th, 2010, 2:30 EST. Interested SB can submit their proposals for consideration up until the new extended date. Proposals received to date will be considered and need not to re-submit.
