- Wage Determination Performance Work Statement (20 April 2010) Solicitation Maintenance of three computer numerical control (CNC) 5-axis machines at Hill AFB, UT. The services shall consist of annual calibration, authorized repairs, and 72-hour on-site emergency repairs. The contractor shall provide personnel, support equipment, and documentation necessary to repair, test, and calibrate the equipment, as identified in the attached Performance Based Work Statement (PWS) dated 20 April 2010.
