- This is a Notice of Intent to Award sole source procurement to Midstate Equipment, Inc. to provide the rental of a John Deere 1050J Dozer, or equivalent, at Eielson AFB, Alaska for the period of 1 May 2010 through 30 September 2010. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. The sole source procurement is made to correct the government oversight of the offer submitted by Midstate Equipment Inc. during solicitation F1U3C49356AL07. The offer submitted by Midstate Equipment Inc. was received, but not considered for contract award for the aforementioned solicitation; however it would have been the apparent successful offer. The subsequent contract was terminated for the convenience of the government so that award can be provided to Midstate Equipment Inc.
