- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AD Consultants to expand the existing Mokelumne-Calveras River Simulation Model (MOCASIM). AD Consultants have proprietary knowledge and rights to the software to the existing software and must be used for changes. The acquisition will be pursued using Part 13.5 procedures. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, firms believing they can provide these supplies or services above may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition. Firms shall identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 541512 which is $25 Million.
