- RECOVERY - This is a pre-solicitation notice for a project to provide for the rehabilitation of four water storage tanks in Nespelem, Keller, Omak and Malott, Washington on the Colville Indian Reservation, in Okanogan and Ferry Counties. The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the following construction services: Repair and rehabilitate Water Storage Tanks (4) through spot repairs to cracked welds and holes, and recoating the interior and exterior of the Water Storage Tanks. a. Nespelem Agency 250,000 gallon WST b. Keller Community 55,000 gallon WST c. Omak Community 60,000 gallon WST d. Malott Community 124,000 gallon WST The NAICS code is 238320 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. The anticipated project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated period of performance shall be approximately 90 calendar days with completion by September 30, 2010. The anticipated contract will be firm-fixed price. Bid, performance and payment bonds will be required. The contract is subject to the Buy American Act for construction materials. This procurement is being competed under full and open competition in accordance with FAR subpart 19.10 the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Project. Intereted bidders are to be actively registered at Central Contractor Registration (online at www.ccr.gov). This is a pre-solicitation notice. An invitation for bids package will be released on www.fbo.gov on or around May 13, 2010.
