- Exhibit of Line Items This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Defense Education Activity-Pacific (DoDEA-Pacific) Procurement Division intends to procure Mathematics textbooks and materials for Camp Casey Elementary school in South Korea. The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) Code is 511130. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order on a brand name or equal basis. Solicitation Number HE1260-10-T-1011(Reference number HE6002-0070-1002) applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and c lauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 25 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423490. The agency need is for: LINE ITEM # 0001 School Mathematics Textbooks and Materials. Please see attached Exhibit of line items for more details. DELIVERY: Shall be FOB Destination to: Casey Elementary School Unit 15792 APO AP 96224-5792 Delivery shall be within 30 days after the order is placed with the successful offeror. SOLICITATION PROVISIONS : The following provisions apply to this acquisition : FAR 52.211-6 -Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jun 2008). FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999); the following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest priced quotation that meets or exceeds the technical standards. FAR 52.212-3 Offer or Representations and Certification - Commercial Items (Aug 2009) Alternate I (Apr 2002). Offerors are advised that they include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial items, with its offer.
