Description
4/27/10 Solicitation EP2557-09 is amended as follows: Phase II of this solicitation is canceled. Contractors that were approved on Phase I will be awarded a 5 year with five, one year options, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. This solicitation will remain open as an open continuous solicitation. Vendors will be required to submit information as required in Phase I instructions for evaluation. Contractors that have already submitted Phase I but did not make the qualification may re-submit for further evaluation. The open continuous will stay open until UNICOR awards an amount not to exceed 50 contracts. At that point, the solicitation will close and UNICOR will not accept further proposals. Contractors will be required to submit two copies of their Phase I as follows: One Copy to: Rae Sullivan, Marketing Specialist UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries 400 First Street, NW 6 th Floor Washington, DC 20534 One Copy to: Staci Card, Contract Specialist UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts will have a guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract of $50.00. The Not to Exceed Maximum for the life of the contract will be $75,000,000.00 per each contract awarded. The Not to Exceed Maximum is not a guaranteed amount and will be funded based on the individual projects that UNICOR receives. Task orders may be competed amongst the awardees at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The Contractor will be responsible for acquiring all permits when awarded a task order. The cost of the permits is the sole responsibility of the Contractor. Fund will be obligated at the Task Order level and not by the contract itself. All Phase I Awardees are required to submit a list of the states that they are licensed in to the Contracting Officer no later than May 3, 2010 by 2:00 p.m. EST. All new Contractors are required to send the list with their Phase I proposal. All Awardess will be required to submit any and all changes of their state licenses to UNICOR when they occur. No Task Orders will be issued until the licensing list is provided to UNICOR.
