- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to develop a routine erosion/sediment control and maintenance field guide for un-surfaced military roads as an aid to installation managers. Specifically targeting road maintenance operators with the objectives to gain a better understanding of typical problems that result from improper maintenance of unpaved dirt roads and shoulders, and to prevent such problems from contributing to water quality using low tech,common sense strategies. The delivery date will be no later than 31 August 2010. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-10-T-0044 will be issued on or about 13 May 2010 with a closing date on or about 24 May 2010.
