- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Temporary Office Space in Missoula, MT OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of the U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 600 - 700 usable square feet of temporary office space for occupancy by the Internal Revenue Services. The space is needed for a 2 to 3 month period starting around June 2010. The space is for the IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC). This office has public contact with an average daily walk-in traffic of up to 20 clients. Parking will be needed for a couple employees and access to visitor stalls is also necessary. DELINEATED AREA For IT purposes the space needs to be within five miles of the IRS's permanent space. The space must be within five miles of 2681 Palmer Street, Missoula, MT.
