- The combined synopisis/solicitation for commercial items entitled "Legal and Regulatory Assistance on Ocean and Coastal Issues Faced by the National Park System" is hereby amended to provide clarification as a result of various questions. 1. It is anticipated that one contractor will be required to provide 40 hour per week (full-time) support services in the National Park Service offices in Lakewood, Colorado. 2. The contractor will research and draft various documents/handbooks for the Department of Interior Solicitors and the National Park Service. 3. No litigation or other attorney functions will be required so there are no attorney fees. 4. While four trips are anticipated, they will occur separately for various lengths of time as needed.
