- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Warehouse Space FORT COLLINS, CO The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse and related space consisting of approximately 5,000 rentable square feet in FORT COLLINS, CO within the following delineated area: within a 5-mile radius of the Natural Resources Research Center (NRRC), 2150 Centre Avenue, in Fort Collins proper. The space should yield 5,000 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and rate should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2010. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 500/100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply.
