- The NAICS code is 541690. The size standard is $7 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The project is to advance the capability of conducting long-term monitoring of amphibians in the Great Lakes Basin. This project consist of two tasks: 1. Determining the effectiveness of using electronic logging devices as part of an amphibian monitoring program 2. Develop a monitoring network of agencies and organizations and develop a study design for long-term amphibian monitoring across the Lake Superior Basin. The Seven (7) Parks included in the project are as follows:1. Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Bayfield, WI 54814-48092. Grand Portage National Monument Diamond, MN 556053. Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Porter, IN 4630-12994. Isle Royal National Park, Houghton, MI 49931-18955. Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Munising, MI 498626. Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, Empire, MI 49630-97977. Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Brecksville, OH 44141-3018 THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Solicitation with statement of work will be posted on or about May 11, 2010 at www.fedbizopps.gov and www.ideas.nbc.gov under Solicitation Number Q2105100010. No hard copies of the Solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the Solicitation package, you must download it from the above listed web site.
