- Single Award contract for the production of separate-covered, perfect-bound and saddle-stitched books printing in black ink or 4-color process, requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Term of the contract begins date of award through April 30, 2011. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: FORMAT A: Approximately 5 to 7 orders per year. FORMAT B: Approximately 5 to 10 orders per year. QUANTITY: FORMAT A: Approximately 25 to 2,000 units per order. FORMAT B: Approximately 25 to 2,500 units per order (contractor to retain files for possible re-printing). NUMBER OF PAGES: FORMAT A: Approximately 25 to 700 pages per order. (Average number of pages per order will be 100 to 275 pages.) FORMAT B: Approximately 16 to 128 pages per order. TRIM SIZES: FORMAT A: 7-3/8 x 10-3/8" FORMAT B: 8-1/2 x 11".
