- This is not a solicitation, this is a notice of proposed contract action, in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(ii). This notice is to inform all interested parties that a Modification will increase the contract award amount of contract W91YTZ-09-F-0200 awarded to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics Inc on 18 Aug 09. The proposed contract modification increases contract award from $146,359.53 to $192,409.52, an increase of $46,050.00.
