- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,768 rentable square feet of office and related space in Iselin, NJ. The rentable must yield a minimum of 6,755 to a maximum of 7,093 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The proposed lease term is for 10 years and 5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after the 5 th year on one hundred and twenty (120) days written notice to the Lessor. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Iselin, NJ, area code 08830, as described by the area below: Interstate 476 and Route1 to N on Wood Ave, East on New Dover Rd., South on Kennedy Ave. to Route 1, South on Route 1 to Interstate 476. Expressions of interest must include the following information: Building name and address and location of available space within the building. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, FULLY SERVICED. Method of rental space measurement. Building ownership information. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether the expected rental rate includes the cost of required Government parking (if any). List of building services provided.
