- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Information Technology (IT) support for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Program from a certified and authorized IBM FileNet P8 Contractor to provide IT support services, technical expertise, and project management for the following activities: 1) migrate and modernize outdated applications to operate under the P8 operating system; 2) automate processes such as E-mail capture, records management, and document profiling; 3) provide operations and maintenance support for the Content Services during the migration effort; and 4) maintain and synchronize ADAMS Main libraries. A single indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract is anticipated, with fixed price and time and material task orders. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $25,000,000.00. The period of performance for the proposed contract is anticipated to encompass a 2-year base period, one option period, and the maximum of two 1- year award terms. The solicitation will be available on or after May 12, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site, http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date for this solicitation will be on or about June 22, 2010. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
