- NSN 5960-00-836-6504, Electron Tube. The solicitation is issued using Full and Open Competition. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract for an estimated annual quantity of 62 each. Inspection/Acceptance at origin. FOB origin. Ship 80 per month beginning 90 days to various DLA Stock locations, CONUS. Offers are requested for quantity ranges of 10- 19; 20-39; 40-59 60-up. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of May 12,2010. Solicitation must be downloaded from the internet site above. This solicitation is unrestricted (not set aside for small business). Please be advised that offers should be directed to the bid and abstract room as is designated in the solicitation document. Do not submit offers directly to the POC for this solicitation.
