- Description
- The US Army Contracting Command, Joint Armaments Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source effort with Ozen Engineering, Inc 1210 E. Arques Ave, Suite 207 Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Ozen is the only authorized re-seller of Digimat software, to include maintenance, enhancement, and support. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures; however, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541519 and the small business size standard is $25.0M. The Government has a need to purchase (1) Digimat-MF,(1) Digimat-FE,(1) Digimat-MX (1)MAP,(2)Digimat to CAE/Injection Molding,(2) Digimat to CAE Structural FEA and (32) Digimat Parallel Tokens to include maintenance, enhancement, support and technical assistance to the government either by internet or telephone during the hours of 8am through 5pm Monday through Friday. All inquiries or submissions must be received NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY 28 May, 2010. TELEPHONE INQUIREIS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email.
