Description
PRON: AX0F5119AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 50 each minimum to 250 each maximum of a MAST, MAIN ROTOR SUP, NSN: 1615-01-166-1963, Part Number: 7-311160020-5 applicable to the BJ-AH-64(APACHE). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 50 each, 2nd Year, 50 each, 3rd Year, 50 each, 4th Year, 50, 5th Year, 50 each with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. The required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article is 50 each 330(DACA). The required delivery without Contractor Tested First Article is 50 each 220(DACA). This qualified sources are THE BOEING COMPANY,Cage Code: 48T42, SPX CORPORATION, Cage Code: 82001. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
