- RECOVERY- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR THE INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO EXISTING CONTRACT #DOL- J10PA00001. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Adams and Associates, Inc. under contract number DOL- J10PA00001. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management on behalf of the Office of Job Corps has awarded a modification in the amount of $102,000 to the Red Rock Job Corps Center operated by Adams and Associates, Inc. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and have been approved by the OASM National Office PRBs dated Nov. 25, 2009, Nov. 30, 2009 and Feb. 5, 2010 for Construction/Rehab (CRA) ARRA projects to be added to this contract. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification, since the modification is to an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract (Cost Reimbursement Contract). The funding is provided for the Construction/Rehab (CRA). The operator of this center will utilize these funds to make available additional training opportunities to the students of the Red Rock Job Corps Center. A portion of the work will be procured through subcontracting possibilities.
