- This is an announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details of a US Geological Survey Request For Quotation (RFQ) #10HQQQ0083 may be viewed. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for hydrology consulting services.
