- The United States Probation Department for the Eastern District of New York intends to procure vocational rehabilitation services for Federal offenders using competitive purchase orders. Solicications for competitive purchase orders may be issued for all counties within the Eastern District of New York, including Kings, Queens, Richmond, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Required services may include: Vocational/Occupational/Career - Planning Assessment and Report, Testing and Work Skills Evaluation and Report, Individual Career Counseling, Job Training, Job Placement and Retention, and client transportation. Interested vendors must respond on time and clearly show that (1) they can provide services, (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such field, and (3) prices of such services shall be as low as or lower than those charged the vendors' most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
