- Clauses to be incorporated into contract award. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to: (1) administratively correct Paragraph (X), (2) administratively correct Paragraph (XI), and (3) revise Paragraph (XII). Paragraph (X) is changed to read "FAR Clause 52.212-3" vice "FAR Clause 52.213-3". Paragraph (XI) is changed to read "FAR Clause 52.212-4" vice "FAR Clause 52.213-4". Paragraph (XII) is revised to reflect accurate clauses - see Attachment 4 - Clauses.
