- RECOVERY - MERCED WSR ROAD REHAB II Project under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS WHOM ARE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTING REGISTER (CCR), The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a Culvert Installation and Aggregate Placement project in Briceburg, Mariposa County, CA. It is the intent of the government to award a Firm Fixed price construction contract. The solicitation L10PS02436 and attachments can be downloaded from https://www.fedconnect.net, on or about May 4th, 2010. Receipt of award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
