- RECOVERY - This task order is to provide RCx services meeting the requirements for LEED-EB O&M including but not limited to: Peform a comprehensive, whole-building evaluation/investment-grade audit of all mechanical and electrical systems and components, as well as the building envelope, to identify and quantify each deficiency and energy/water conservation measure (ECM) needed to correct each deficiency. Obtain available building utility information, mechanical/electrical drawings, test reports, current controls sequences, and HVAC operations and maintenance (O&M) data. Document the breakdown of energy use in the building. Prepare a detailed Systems Operating Manual for the building. Provide a training syllabus and classroom or on-site training for MCBH O&M personnel in the efficient operation and maintenance of each facility. The commissioning authority (CA) firm shall have a team leader that is a Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) by the Building Commissioning Association or Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) by AABC Commissioning Group. The contractor shall furnish the materials and labor required to perform Retro-Commissioning in building 3-3327, Golden Knights Facility at Ft. Bragg, NC.
