- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO MAY 4, 2010. THE CLOSING DATE IS CHANGED TO JUNE 4, 2010. LTC RA10102003, 1560-01-082-9240, PANEL, STRUCTURAL, AIRCRAFT. Manufacture IAW Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE 78286, Drawing 70500-02063 Revision "AP" dtd 25jun07 and AMCOM, CAGE 81996, procurement package 70500-02063B Revision "L" dtd 5jun08, P/N 70500-02063-402. Sources are W&G Machine, CAGE 33682; Production Products Manufacturing, CAGE 3S151; Airborne Industries, CAGE 66860. This acquisition is set-aside exclusive for 100% small business participation. only offers from small business concerns will be considered for the award. Export Control certification required. MYLAR required. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 180 each for the base and option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 54 each for the base period only. 188 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. First Article Contractor testing required. Government Fit Verification testing required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Surge and Sustainment is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
