- The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, materials, and transportation necessary to perform Resource Efficiency Management (REM) and other facility support services as specified in the Performance Work Statement in support of Facilities Engineering, Environmental Affairs Branch, MCB, Okinawa, Japan. THE BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED UNDER "ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, "INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS" IN THIS SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS. The closing date for this solicitation has been extended from April 26, 2010, 1200AM to May 4, 2010, 0200PM (Japan Time).
