- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to add information to the Statement of Work and Pricing Schedule. Solicitation FA4416-10-T-0013 for the rental of tables, tents, and chairs for the Joint Service Open House (JSOH) has been posted. The contracting primary POC has changed from Ms. Lakisha Holston to Lt Marcus Miller. FY10JSOHTTC The 316th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the rental of recreational equipment (tents, tables and chairs) to support the 2010 Joint Service Open House (JSOH) from 14 May 2010 through 16 May 2010. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 532292, size standard of $7.0 million, and the acquisition will be competed on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The basis for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures established in FAR 13.106-2. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or before ten (10) days of this notice and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at http://www.fbo.gov. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible for award. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by completing the solicitation posted against this pre-solicitation notice. Notice to offerors, currently there are no funds available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
