- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, AMCOM Contracting Center plans to procure 3 each Radar Frequency Interferometer (RFI) Systems. The Government plans to procure the RFI Systems as Sole Source from Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI), Owego, NY in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c ) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. LMSI is the only qualified source for the RFI Systems for the Apache Helicopter. A technical data package for full and open competition is not available within the Government for this procurement. In accordance with law and regulation, any contractor who expresses written interest in the Sole Source requirement, will receive full consideration.
