Cost estimate $1,100,000 - $1,375,000 Construction time: 120 calendar days This solicitation invites proposals from prequalified contractors to provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction as required, and all other services and facilities for energy lighting upgrade project in existing space located at 1800 James Jackson Parkway, Atlanta GA, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
