- Industry Day OCI Q&A Draft RFP as of 26 Apr 10 Attached herein are answers to questions received in response to Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) concerns voiced during Industry Day as well as the Draft RFP including Sections L&M with the most recent clause updates for OCI. We have greatly appreciated your feedback. Please remain posted for future updates. Please understand that this is a request for information in order to receive industry feedback only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this posting. This is not a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the offeror and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Potential offerors should refer contracting concerns to the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Contract Specialist, Cassandra L. Caputo at (505) 853-1977. At present, the Contracting Officer for this action is Ms. Donna C. Heinz (AFNWC/PKE).
