- Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Sam Houston is conducting market research for a full food service requirement at Fort Irwin, California. The requirement is for the Contractor to provide all resources, except for Government Furnished Property, to perform Full Food Service in two (2) Dining Facilities at the Fort Irwin, California. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for market research to determine the method of acquisition. The Governments determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be consistent with the provisions of the Randolph-Sheppard Act (R-SA). This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). When issued, the RFP will be posted to FedBizOpps. Responses to this notice should include: 1) A written narrative of contractors capability to provide full food service and/or marketing materials that identify the features of their particular enterprise; 2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 722310, size standard $20.5 Million; 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; 4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business; 5) Comments concerning the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is accessible at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W9124JFFSFIC; and 6) Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers.
