- DRAFT Appendix 'C' DRAFT Statement of Work This is a requirement for the purchase of a Remanufactured Fluid Cell Press. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to purchase, remanufacture/upgrade, install, and test at Tinker AFB the Remanufactured Fluid Cell Press IAW the Statement of Work. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation number will be FA8125-10-Q-0203. The item and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: Purchase, Remanufacture/Upgrade one each Fluid Cell Press IAW the terms and conditions identified in the Statement of Work*; Quantity: 1 LOT The approximate solicitation issue date will be 7 May 2010. PR Number is F3YCHS0012AG01 *Draft Documents attached This notice is only the synopsis of a forthcoming solicitation. The solicitation will be posted at a later date and only after that posting, up until the solicitation closing date, will quotes/proposals be accepted. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
