- Description
- Independence National Historical Park is requesting bids on the installation of a new fire and intrusion alarm system at the Free Quaker Meeting House. Work will include but is not limited to selected demolition of identified fire and intrusion alarm systems; selective demolition of brick, plaster, and other identified building elements associated with the installation of a new fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system, emergency lighting and exit lighting; installation of a new fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system, emergency lights and exit lights and associated electrical materials and associated appurtances. Solicitation package will be issued on or about May 12, 2010 and can be found at http://www.fbo.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Questions concerning this solicitation can be emailed to barbara_murphy@nps.gov.This is a total small business set-aside. Magnitude of project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. No work can accomplished between June 21 and July 9, 2010 without permission of the contracting officer. Estimated start date is October 1, 2010. Length of project is 120 days. The dates are subject to change.
